Hand-painted ceramic stool d33 x 45h cm

Code:28967

This garden stool is made from glazed ceramic in white, hand-painted with multicoloured flowering branches with fluttering butterflies, a pictorial composition very typical of traditional chinoiserie style. Its rounded silhouette, with the base and top slightly narrower than the middle section, is reminiscent of old oriental garden stools, while the pierced cut-outs on the sides, shaped like Chinese coins, provide ventilation and an extra decorative touch. Its dimensions are D33x44.5h cm, proportions designed for use as extra seating, a side table next to an armchair, or a decorative piece indoors or in covered outdoor spaces. The top, with a small central opening acting as a handle, makes it easy to carry from one spot to another around the home. The glossy ceramic glaze is easy to clean with a damp cloth and keeps its colour and vibrancy over time. It's a highly decorative piece, ideal for adding a pop of colour and an oriental feel to living rooms, terraces or gardens in an eclectic or chinoiserie style.
