This bedside table with a multicoloured finish is a handcrafted piece of great decorative richness, with a carved door as its main feature. The central panel displays a large floral relief motif with leaves and scrolls, topped by a ring pull on a carved rosette, while the surrounding frame is adorned with borders of diamonds, waves and small decorative studs. The body, with an aged finish and light wear, is completed by mouldings at the top and bottom and rests on four bun feet. It is made of mango wood, a material that provides sturdiness, natural texture and a handcrafted finish full of character. Measuring 50x40x59h cm, it is ideal as a nightstand, a side table next to the sofa or a handy piece in the entrance hall. Its carved door keeps items out of sight and its distressed finish suits ethnic, colonial, classic or vintage styles.
