Distressed carved wooden box 18 x 17 x 5h cm

Code:26969

This mango wood box measuring 17.5 x 17 x 5h cm has a hand-shaped silhouette and a lid carved with leaf motifs and geometric borders that run across its entire surface. Its flat, compact format lets you place it on a chest of drawers, a side table or a shelf without taking up much space, and its unusual shape makes it an eye-catching decorative object.

Its distressed finish combines blue, brown and white. The blue paint covers the lid and sides, while the worn areas reveal the brown tone of the wood in the carved sections and along the edges, with a few white touches. This effect highlights every line of the carving and gives it the look of an antique piece.

Its interior, protected by the lid, is perfect for storing small items such as jewellery, keys, coins or keepsakes. It is ideal for the dressing table in the bedroom, the hallway table or a living room shelf with a Mediterranean or boho style.
