Hand-painted wall art with wooden frame 102 x 5 x 102h cm

Code:31927

Add a delicate touch to your bedroom with this pink hand-painted picture, made from canvas, Chinese fir wood and plastic. Measuring 102x5x102h cm, its large square format looks balanced above the headboard of a double bed, a chest of drawers or the living room sofa.

The scene shows a bunch of relief poppies worked in the same tone as the background, so it is the volume and shadows that draw each petal. The flower centres have a grainy texture and the outlines are picked out with fine shiny strokes, while buds and stems are hinted at with light brushstrokes. A smooth band frames the painting within the canvas itself.

The slim wooden frame completes the piece with a discreet finish. As a tone-on-tone composition, side light brings out the relief and changes its look throughout the day. It suits romantic-style bedrooms, teenagers' rooms, dressing rooms or living rooms in soft tones.
