Antique handcrafted solid wood double door in brown with decorative polychromy, measuring 165x34x218h cm including complete frame. This exceptional historical piece from an ancient Indian palace features the warm brown tone of solid wood as the base of the entire ensemble, enhanced with rich polychrome carvings.

The brown upper lintel shows richly decorated carvings with peacock motifs, palm leaves and floral motifs of extraordinary beauty. The brown side jambs are decorated with geometric and floral carvings. The two brown door leaves feature three registers of carved panels: upper diamonds, central oval medallions with iron ring handles and large rosettes at the bottom, with aged multicolour details on the brown background.

The original wrought iron fittings complete this unique brown piece of 218 cm total height. Perfect as a functional door, decorative artwork or palatial headboard.
