This handcrafted wooden chest, measuring 150 x 45 x 46 cm high, turns storage into a statement piece. Its front is covered in relief carvings featuring large floral rosettes, wavy borders and bands of geometric motifs, all worked by hand with a level of detail that draws the eye across every panel.

Its beige finish with an aged effect, which reveals the grain and light signs of wear, highlights the depth of each carving and gives it the charm of a piece with history. The top lid opens to the interior for storing blankets, bedding or cushions, and the chest rests on a base with cut-out feet that lifts it off the floor. It also features a side handle and a keyhole plate in the centre of the front.

Placed at the foot of the bed, it becomes a surface for clothes or a bedspread, while in the living room or hallway it works as a storage piece full of character. It fits especially well in ethnic, colonial, boho or rustic-style interiors, and its generous length makes it ideal for large bedrooms or for pairing with a sofa.
