This antique Indian brown door in recycled wood with dense grid carving and blue wrought iron rivets is an exceptional piece of great decorative and ethnographic impact. With dimensions of 155x37x226h cm, the triple-leaf double door features a dense grid of carved squares reinforced with blue wrought iron rivets, organised in rows and columns covering the entire surface. The outer frame features an upper frieze with pierced arabesque carving in aged blue with decorative medallions. The lateral pilasters show floral carving in worn red, and the lower corbels feature ornamental motifs. The hardware includes original iron ring door knockers and chain lock. A monumental piece of 226 cm of exceptional ethnographic and decorative authenticity.
