This antique Indian green door in recycled wood is a piece of monumental beauty combining highly detailed artisan carving with the charm of time. With dimensions of 160x27x216h cm, the double door features leaves with vertically carved panels with grooves and geometric motifs with diamond shapes and rosettes, in an aged green painted finish of great intensity. The upper frieze of the frame features artisan carving of leaves and volutes with a central motif. The lateral pilasters of the frame show vertical flutes. The inner lintel shows a carved central medallion. The whole piece shows the patina of time with the natural colour of the wood showing through the green on the entire surface. An exceptional piece of 216 cm height from an ancient Indian building of great decorative presence.
